2026 Maruti Brezza: the highly anticipated facelift is set to launch on July 24, 2026, bringing a new turbo engine and fresh design elements, as leaked images and details reveal. This updated subcompact SUV marks a significant upgrade for Maruti Suzuki’s popular model, promising enhanced performance and modern features.
The biggest highlight of the 2026 Maruti Brezza is the introduction of a 1.2-liter Boosterjet turbo petrol engine, borrowed from the Fronx, producing 110bhp and 170Nm of torque. This engine will be paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The existing 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, delivering 103bhp, will continue alongside a CNG option. Pricing is expected to see a minimal hike, starting around Rs 8.50 lakh for the base variant and reaching Rs 13.10 lakh for the top trim.
Externally, the 2026 Maruti Brezza features a refined front fascia with a new golden grille finish, redesigned bumper, and repositioned fog lamps. The side profile remains similar but adds new dual-tone alloy wheels. Inside, the cabin gains a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, revised HVAC controls, gloss-black trim, ventilated front seats, ambient lighting, and front parking sensors. Level 2 ADAS is also expected to be offered.
The 2026 Maruti Brezza will continue to compete against the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV 3XO, and Skoda Kylaq. With its new turbo engine, subtle design updates, and added features, it aims to strengthen its position in the sub-4 meter SUV segment. This facelift represents a well-rounded update for the popular model.
