The 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift is set to receive minimal design changes but a major powertrain upgrade. It is expected to feature a 1.0L turbocharged Boosterjet engine, delivering 100bhp and 148Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. The lower trims may retain the existing 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol engine, and a CNG version with an underbody-mounted tank is also anticipated. The Maruti electric MPV, codenamed YMC, will share its platform and powertrain with the eVitara. It will be built on a skateboard architecture and offer 49kWh and 61kWh battery options, with a range exceeding 543km per charge. This three-row family mover will become Maruti Suzuki’s fourth MPV in India, joining the Ertiga, XL6, and Invicto.
