3 Upcoming Maruti Cars Spotted Testing – New Brezza, Baleno & EV MPV

New Maruti Cars Spotted: upcoming Brezza, Baleno and EV MPV models are currently undergoing extensive testing, with Maruti Suzuki preparing to launch them in India soon. The 2026 Brezza facelift is expected to debut first, with its price reveal scheduled for July 23, while the Baleno facelift and a new electric MPV, codenamed YMC, are likely to arrive by the end of 2026.

The 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift is set to receive minimal design changes but a major powertrain upgrade. It is expected to feature a 1.0L turbocharged Boosterjet engine, delivering 100bhp and 148Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. The lower trims may retain the existing 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol engine, and a CNG version with an underbody-mounted tank is also anticipated. New Maruti Cars Spotted include the Brezza with revised front grille, bumpers, lighting elements, and connected LED taillamps, along with possible Level 2 ADAS, ventilated seats, and ambient lighting.

The 2026 Maruti Baleno facelift, also seen in spy shots, will feature a redesigned grille and bumper, while retaining the existing projector LED headlamps and boomerang DRLs. Inside, a new cabin theme and improved material quality are expected. Under the hood, the Baleno facelift will continue with the 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engine, producing 90bhp and 113Nm of torque, available with a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox, along with a CNG option.

The Maruti electric MPV, codenamed YMC, will share its platform and powertrain with the eVitara. It will be built on a skateboard architecture and offer 49kWh and 61kWh battery options, with a range exceeding 543km per charge. This three-row family mover will become Maruti Suzuki’s fourth MPV in India, joining the Ertiga, XL6, and Invicto.

In summary, New Maruti Cars Spotted reveal a strong lineup for 2026, with the Brezza facelift leading the charge in July, followed by the Baleno facelift and the innovative YMC electric MPV later in the year.
