Land Rover Classic: New Defender V8 Double Cab Pick-Up expands the remastered portfolio with a new body style. The 110 Double Cab Pick-Up is now available through the Works Bespoke customization program, joining the 90 Station Wagon, 90 Soft Top, and 110 Station Wagon. The company has also added the 90 Hard Top to the lineup. This New Defender V8 introduces more options for buyers seeking a personalized classic off-roader.
The announcement coincides with a one-off commission from a client who ordered a matching collection of four Classic Defender V8 models. These include the 90 Station Wagon, 90 Soft Top, 110 Station Wagon, and the newly available 110 Double Cab Pick-Up, all finished in a bespoke Spectral Green paint. The color shifts between green, purple, and gold depending on lighting and viewing angle. Each vehicle required nearly 400 hours of paint preparation and application, complemented by an Icy White roof, expedition cage, bonnet lettering, and hand-painted coachlines. The New Defender V8 also features Spectral Green accents on alloy wheels and interior trim.
Inside, the vehicles are upholstered in Bridge of Weir semi-aniline leather in Vanilla with green contrast stitching. Leather-bound carpets and branded floor mats enhance the bespoke interior. Every Classic Defender V8 originates from a 2012-2016 Defender, undergoing a full restoration and upgrade. This New Defender V8 is powered by a 5.0-liter V8 petrol engine with 405 PS. New optional features include a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a reversing camera with a lens washer.
