Sony has launched the ULT Tower 5, ULT Tower 7 and ULT Tower Max party speakers in India, with prices starting at Rs 44,490.
The range is built for large gatherings and extends Sony’s ULT bass-focused audio line. The Tower 5 is the entry model, with the Tower 7 and the Tower Max above it.
Listings for the ULT Tower 5 show a 230mm driver, a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz, Bluetooth 5.3 and up to 20 hours of battery life. It has XLR, RCA and USB-C inputs for DJs, two USB ports, IPX4 water resistance and RGB lighting. The speaker is controlled through the Sony Sound Connect app.
The speaker measures 358 x 534 x 280mm and carries a one-year manufacturer warranty.
Buyers should compare the three models on output power and price before choosing, since Sony has positioned each for a different size of event.
