Pallichattambi: streaming date finally announced. The period action drama starring Tovino Thomas will be available on Sony LIV from July 24, much to the relief of fans waiting for its digital release. The film, which was a massive box office disappointment, is finally making its OTT debut after a three-month delay.
Pallichattambi, directed by Dijo Jose Antony, features Kayadu Lohar as the female lead alongside supporting performances from Shatru, Vijayaraghavan, Siddique, and Baburaj. The movie also includes a special cameo by Prithviraj Sukumaran. Produced by World Wide Films and C Qube Bros Entertainments, the film’s music is composed by Jakes Bejoy. Audiences can watch Pallichattambi in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada audio options on the streaming platform.
The film, touted as a grand PAN Indian project, failed to impress theatergoers, leading to poor box office collections. Despite the hype surrounding Pallichattambi, its delayed OTT release kept fans guessing. Now, with the streaming date confirmed, viewers can finally judge the movie from home.
In conclusion, Pallichattambi is set to reach a wider audience through its digital premiere. Whether it can redeem itself on the small screen remains to be seen.
