Lenin trailer: Akhil Akkineni’s furious rural drama finally has a release date, July 10. The film, directed by Murali Kishor Abburu, has faced postponements, but fans are optimistic that Akhil will deliver a major hit. Bhagyasri Borse plays the female lead, and the theatrical trailer was unveiled at an event in Vizag. It looks intense, with full-on action sequences.
The Lenin trailer introduces the story set in Sri Rama Puram in Chittoor district, considered a sacred place where blood cannot fall on the ground. After setting the world, the trailer moves into a romantic phase with playful conversations between the lead pair. Then, it shifts to intense action when villains target someone close to the protagonist. The film is often compared to the Mahabharata.
Akhil appears terrific in action scenes, unleashing his fury. He first requests the villains to leave the female lead, showing innocence, then goes on a killing spree. His transformation, body language as a rural youngster, and chemistry with Bhagyasri Borse look impressive. She charms as a village belle. Shivaji plays a negative role, and Thaman’s background score is fiery.
The last minute of the Lenin trailer seamlessly blends romance and action, making it impactful. Produced by Naga Vamsi and Nagarjuna Akkineni under Sithara Entertainments and Annapurna Studios, this action drama promises a solid comeback for Akhil. Fans eagerly await July 10 to see if Lenin lives up to the hype.
