Supporters hailed KTR as a savior in times of trouble, highlighting his connection with the people. At Karimnagar, BRS city president Challa Harishankar distributed enough notebooks, pens, and stationery to students of Deaf Ashram School for a full year. A special pooja was also performed at Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple under the leadership of former Mayor Sardar Ravinder Singh.

In Choppadandi, BRS mandal president Velma Srinivas Reddy and town president Battini Sampath distributed fruits to patients in the PHC. Additionally, notebooks sent by Enugu Ravinder Reddy, former chairman of the district library organization, were given to government junior colleges.
