Jr NTR Slams AI Video
The Telugu star has spoken out strongly after an AI-generated, morphed video showing him with actress Janhvi Kapoor began circulating online. The actor condemned the misuse of artificial intelligence and warned that he would take strict legal action against those responsible, saying he would not spare any of them.
The clip alters scenes from the popular song Chuttamalle from the film Devara using AI tools. Such videos can spread quickly on social media and are often hard to tell apart from real footage, which is why the actor described the misuse as a serious matter that cannot be ignored.
This is not the first time the actor has acted against digital misuse. In December 2025 he approached the Delhi High Court to protect his personality rights over his name, photograph, voice and identity, after AI-generated visuals and edited videos were found being used without permission. The court asked digital platforms to respond to the complaints.
Several other well-known figures, including Nagarjuna, Ajay Devgn, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan, have approached courts with similar petitions. Indian courts are increasingly dealing with cases involving fake endorsements, morphed images and AI-generated content.
What happens next will depend on the legal steps taken against those who created or shared the clip, and details of these have not been announced yet. Meanwhile, the actor continues work on his upcoming film Dragon, directed by Prashanth Neel, which has generated considerable anticipation among his fans.
