IBM Yotta: Sovereign Agentic AI Platform Now Available for Indian Organisations

IBM and Yotta Data Services have announced the general availability of a Sovereign Agentic AI Platform designed for Indian organisations. The platform combines IBM enterprise AI technology with Yotta infrastructure so businesses can deploy AI agents while keeping data, operations and governance controls within India.

The system uses IBM watsonx Orchestrate as its agentic control plane and Yotta Shakti Cloud for compute, GPU infrastructure, networking and security. Yotta Shakti Studio adds capabilities for developing, fine-tuning and running open-source and proprietary AI models.

The companies said the platform can support enterprise workflows such as security operations, document processing and HR automation. It is available through Yotta cloud regions in Panvel and Greater Noida.
