2026 Maruti Brezza: Turbo, ADAS & Launch Date Revealed

2026 Maruti Brezza: Turbo, ADAS & Launch Date Revealed. Maruti Suzuki is set to unveil the MY2026 Brezza subcompact SUV on July 23, 2026, with its market launch expected soon. Spy shots have already revealed key updates. The 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift is expected to receive noticeable design changes, a premium interior, and a new turbocharged petrol engine.

Under the hood, the new model is likely to feature a 1.0L turbo Boosterjet petrol engine from the Fronx, delivering 100bhp and 147Nm of torque. It will be available with a new 6-speed manual gearbox. Thanks to its smaller engine, the 2026 Maruti Brezza will qualify for the lower 18 percent GST tax slab. Lower and mid-spec variants will continue with the existing 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol engine, paired with a 5-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission. A CNG variant is also expected, featuring an underbody-mounted tank, similar to the Maruti Victoris.

Inside, the 2026 Maruti Brezza facelift will feature a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system from the Victoris, along with ventilated front seats, a powered driver’s seat, ambient lighting, and new upholstery. To remain competitive, it may also offer Level 2 ADAS. Design changes are minimal and include connected LED taillamps from the Victoris, a revised front grille, tweaked bumpers, and new four-spoke alloy wheels.

The new Brezza is expected to command a slight price hike over the current Rs 8.26 lakh – Rs 12.86 lakh range. It will continue to rival the Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Mahindra XUV 3XO, and Skoda Kylaq. With its turbo engine and advanced features, the 2026 Maruti Brezza aims to strengthen its position in the competitive sub-4m SUV segment.
