“70% of Collections Come from Andhra”: Balakrishna Bats for AP Film Industry

Nandamuri Balakrishna launched his new movie, tentatively titled NBK112, in Amaravati as we speak. Directed by Koratala Siva, the movie was formally launched with Nara Lokesh sounding the clapboard. After the pooja ceremony, Balakrishna stated the staff is planning to shoot a serious schedule in Amaravati and close by areas.

Talking in regards to the Telugu movie business, Balakrishna stated that almost 70% of box-office collections come from Andhra Pradesh, whereas the remaining 30% come from Telangana. He stated that since Andhra contributes the bigger share of revenues, the state must also see extra movie shoots and higher movie infrastructure.

Balakrishna added that he has shot extra movies in Andhra Pradesh than most different Telugu heroes and expressed hope that extra filmmakers would select the state for their initiatives. He stated this may assist create alternatives and help the expansion of the movie business in Andhra Pradesh.

NBK112 is anticipated to go on flooring in August 2026 and is scheduled for a Summer season 2027 launch. The movie is collectively produced by SLV Cinemas and Yuvasudha Arts.
