Balakrishna’s much-awaited motion drama Akhanda 2, directed by Boyapati Sreenu, has lastly hit the large screens after navigating a number of hurdles. The movie had paid premieres on Thursday night time, which opened to packed homes throughout most centres.
Based on the makers, Akhanda 2 has grossed a powerful Rs. 59.5 crore on day 1 (together with Rs. 10 crore from paid premieres), making it the most important opener of Balakrishna’s profession, surpassing Daaku Maharaaj. The movie witnessed sturdy occupancies through the night and night time reveals, and the producers are assured that the movie will submit good numbers over the weekend.
