Celebrity Rajinikanth is at the moment busy with the shoot of Jailer 2. Jailer was a monstrous box-office hit, incomes over Rs. 600 crores gross worldwide, and the Nelson Dilipkumar directorial marked Rajinikanth’s business comeback after a sequence of failures.
Earlier, speculations advised that star comedian Santhanam would make his re-entry as a comedian with Jailer 2, and now the actor himself has confirmed that he’s certainly a part of the biggie. He hasn’t revealed any particulars about his character although. After 10 years, Santhanam is sharing display area with Rajini once more.
The makers are planning to launch the movie on June 12, 2026. Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar will as soon as once more seem in cameo roles. Produced by Kalanithi Maran of Solar Footage, the big-ticket entertainer options music by Anirudh Ravichander.
