We Lack Unity: Dil Raju - Gulte

The ongoing theater shutdown controversy shows no signs of settling down. Following Allu Aravind’s media interaction yesterday, producer Dil Raju held a press conference today to clarify the situation and address misunderstandings.

Speaking openly to the media, Dil Raju acknowledged that while it is understandable for Pawan Kalyan to be upset, they plan to meet soon and offer an apology to resolve the issue amicably. He emphasized the importance of dialogue to find a peaceful solution.

Dil Raju also cleared misconceptions regarding theater ownership in the Nizam region. He stated, “Out of the 370 single-screen theaters in Nizam, companies like SVC and mine own only about 30.” He further explained the ongoing disputes related to rent, percentage collections, and the revenue-sharing system involving exhibitors and distributors.

Regarding speculation about theaters being locked, Dil Raju denied these claims and criticized certain media outlets for irresponsibly publishing unfounded stories. He urged everyone to understand the facts before jumping to conclusions.

While the issue remains unresolved, Dil Raju expressed hope for a fine resolution soon, stressing cooperation among all stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of theaters in the region. Fans and industry members await a positive outcome to this ongoing controversy.
