AP Railway: Numerous Trains Cancelled Affect Passengers

AP Railway: Senior DCM AK Tripathi of Walther Railway has announced several train cancellations due to ongoing safety construction in the Vijayawada section. Affected trains include the Machilipatnam-Visakha Express (17219) from the 16th to the 22nd of this month and the Visakha-Machilipatnam Express (17220), canceled from the 17th to the 23rd.

Udai Express Disruptions: The Udai Express, trains numbered 22701 and 22702 running between Visakha-Vijayawada-Visakha, will not operate on October 16, 17, 18, 20, and 21.

Alternative Routes: To accommodate these cancellations, several train routes have been altered. Dhanbad-Alleppey Bokaro Express (13351) from the 15th to the 20th, Hatia-Ernakulam AC Express (22837) on the 16th, Hatia-Bangalore Express (12835) on the 15th and 17th, Jasidih-Tambaram Express (12376) on the 18th, and Tata on 19-Yeswantpur Express (18111) are some of the affected services. Passengers are advised to check for route diversions via Nidadavolu, Bhimavaram Town, Gudivada, and Vijayawada.

Special Train Diversion: On the 18th of this month, the Visakha-SVM Bangalore (08543) special train will be diverted via Guntur, Nandyala, and Dharmavaram. Please note that Ongolu, Nellore, Guduru, Renigunta, Katpadi, Jolaripettai, Kuppam, Bangurapet, and Krishnarajapuram station halts are canceled during this period.
