YSRCP MP Vijayasai Reddy has created a political sensation by announcing his farewell to politics. Taking to Twitter, he shared an emotional message bidding goodbye to his political career, highlighting his gratitude and clarifying certain political relationships. Vijayasai Reddy emphasized that he had no personal disputes with TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu or his family, except for ideological differences with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP). He also revealed his long-standing friendship with actor and Jana Sena Party leader Pawan Kalyan, which drew significant public attention.
In his farewell statement, Vijayasai Reddy expressed his heartfelt thanks to the YS family, stating that he owes his political journey to their trust and support over the last four decades and across three generations. He specifically thanked Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for giving him the opportunity to serve as a Rajya Sabha member twice. He also remembered the late YS Rajasekhara Reddy and his wife Bharathi Reddy, acknowledging their role in his growth in politics.
