There is one director who has raised not only our Telugu cinema but also Indian cinema to another level, that is definitely SS Rajamouli. And everyone knows how Jakkanna promotes his films in other languages.
With this, many people say that a film should be promoted on a pan-India level, i.e. in the style of Rajamouli. But what inspired Rajamouli to take Telugu cinema into other languages was the Tamil hero Surya who was said at the pre-release event of his blockbuster movie “Kanguva”.
Jakkanna actually said that Suriya used to do promotions for his films in Telugu then and he used to tell us about that, in a way I took Suriya as an inspiration to take pan India films forward.
