Ysrcp leaders: The YCP leaders have suffered an unexpected setback in the Supreme Court in the attack on the Gannavaram TDP office. Justice Vikramnath and Justice Sandeep Mehta have clearly rejected the request of the accused to change the High Court verdict. In the past, the accused resorted to the High Court for pre -bail and suggested that they should go to the trial court. The 33 accused resorted to the Supreme Court, where they were disappointed.

SUPRME COURT REJECTS YSRCP Leaders Plea

The Supreme Court has made it clear that the case cannot interfere in the case and suggested that the trial court should resort to pre -bail. To this extent the trial court has given the court to contact the court within two weeks. In addition, the court has ordered the AP government not to take any action for two weeks in the matter. The Supreme Court, which has decided not to change the verdict of the High Court, has made it clear that the lower level courts in the legal system have the power to make an independent decision.

On February 19, 2023, the then MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi’s followers attacked the TDP office in Gannavaram. The car was set on fire and the equipment in the office was destroyed. This is because of the TDP chief Chandrababu and LokeshLai TDP leaders are angry with the personal comments made by Vallabhaneni Vamsi. TDP activists, who were furious over these comments, criticized Vallabhaneni Vamsi.

TDP leaders have lodged a complaint with the police and many YCP followers have been charged. However, during the Jagan Sarkar regime, no action was taken against them. But after the TDP alliance came to power in 2024, the case again actively advanced SawGindi. Officials are preparing for the arrest of several accused. The accused who resorted to the High Court for bail went to the Supreme Court after being disappointed.
