Shakaiya was shocked to see that copy scene – Shankar

Star director Shankar posted a shocking post on social media. He put up a post expressing his grief that the scenes of a famous novel that he had acquired the rights of were put in the movies without his permission. What Shankar wrote in his post is..’I own the copyrights of the iconic Tamil novel ‘Nava Yuga Nayagan Vel Pari’ written by Venkatesan. However, I was shocked to see scenes from it being used in many films without my permission,’ Shankar said.

Shankar continued to write his post.. ‘I was upset to see an important scene in the novel.. in the trailer of a latest movie. Avoid using scenes from the novel in movies, webseries or any other platforms. Respect the rights of creators. Do not infringe copyright. Otherwise legal action will have to be taken,’ Shankar warned. Currently Shankar Ram Charan is busy with the upcoming movie ‘Game Changer’.
