Directed by Anil Ravipudi and produced by Dil Raju and Sirish, the movie has struck a chord with family audiences, collecting over ₹200 crore and continuing its successful run in theaters.
Celebrating a decade in the Telugu film industry, Anil Ravipudi addressed the media, sharing insights into his career and responding to criticism. Addressing comparisons between the comedy in his films and Jabardasth skits, he firmly stated, “Audiences have always supported my movies. I’m used to hearing such remarks, but the success of my films speaks for itself. My priority is to entertain the audience, and I don’t focus on negative opinions.”
The director also expressed gratitude for the unwavering support of moviegoers, which has ensured he never faced a disappointing phase in his career. “Every genre I have explored has been embraced by the audience. Their encouragement has filled my journey with happy and memorable moments,” he said.
Reflecting on his filmmaking dreams, Ravipudi credited Pataas as the turning point in his career. He revealed his aspirations to collaborate with Chiranjeevi on a full-fledged entertainer and to create a Hello Brother-style film with Nagarjuna. Fans eagerly await his next directorial venture.
