Being the sequel that sparked all the interest after “Baahubali 2” across the country, the film has huge expectations. As the first part of Pushpa was a huge success, the audience was eagerly waiting for the sequel. Let’s find out in this review how well this highly anticipated movie has entertained the audience.
Story: Pushparaj (Allu Arjun), who runs the red sandalwood syndicate solo, goes with Siddappa (Rao Ramesh) to take a photo with the Chief Minister as per his wife Srivalli’s (Rashmika Mandanna) wish. Unable to bear the insult to Pushpa there, he starts ruling the state politics. The story of this movie is about how Pushpa fulfills his wife’s wish, but Shekawat (Fahd Fazil) is always looking to catch Pushpa red-handed.
Actors: Allu Arjun shows his acting prowess once again in “Pushpa 2”. Bunny, who performed brilliantly in Part 1, has thrilled the audience with his performance this time. While some doubted the National Award for Pushpa Part 1, he overturned such critics with his performance in the sequel. Everyone is of the opinion that the National Award should definitely come again for his performance in “Pushpa 2”. Rashmika’s performance must be mentioned. She is better than ever in the role of Srivalli. Combining both romance and emotion in equal measure, she stands by Pushpa as a good wife. Fahad Fazil makes his mark as Bhanwar Singh Shekawat. He impressed in his own style as a riot police. Rao Ramesh Siddappa is more effective. Pavani’s role as Ajay’s daughter became a special attraction. Kalpalatha, Brahmaji, Jagapathi Babu, Jagadish, Aditya Menon, Sritej and others impressed the audience in their roles. Srilila entertained the audience with her special song.
Technicians: Sukumar proves his mark as a director once again with this film. The way he has written the story and articles is good, giving good importance to Allu Arjun and other characters as well. The scenes are designed to impress the audience by giving good justification to the emotions. His words in the fair and climax episodes are good. Action sequences are the main strength of this film. It can be understood that director Sukumar has taken care of Allu Arjun in this matter. The way of showing Allu Arjun is also amazing. The director highlighted his trademark gestures and mannerisms to make him look more stylish. Devisree Prasad’s music is another highlight of the movie. Not only the songs, but also the background music mesmerizes the audience in theatres. The song “Jatara” was a special attraction. The production values in “Pushpa 2” were at their highest level. Grandier’s spending is evident in every frame, matching the film’s background.
