Thugs looted Rs 1.34 lakh from Mukta Multiplex cinema hall in Durg district of Chhattisgarh. The real thing is Pushpa 2 is showing in this theatre. Two assailants entered the cinema hall at 4.30 am on Tuesday morning. First the security guard was beaten and locked in a room. Later, they looted Rs.1.34 lakhs from the locker and ran away. As soon as the police received the information about the incident, they reached the spot and started investigation. Deepak Kumar, manager of the cinema hall, said that the thugs also took away the DVRs of the CCTV cameras installed there.

However, as a broken DVR was found at the scene, efforts are being made to repair it and retrieve the footage. In the footage, the police found two youths coming on a two-wheeler. Efforts are being made to identify them. Currently Pushpa 2 movie is running in Mukta A2 cinema and all the shows are running house full in the theatre. Because of that good collections were made. The manager of the cinema hall told the police that the miscreants had premeditated the whole incident. The incident caused a commotion in the area. Speaking on this matter, ASP Bhilai Sukh Nandan Rathore said that the accused will be identified and arrested soon based on the footage and other evidence. Police are investigating thoroughly from all angles. According to the police, after committing the incident, the assailants fled on a two-wheeler. Locals say that questions are being raised about the security system due to this incident. The police have formed several teams and are searching for the criminals.
