CM Jagan Announcement for AP Farmers

CM Jagan: The Andhra Pradesh government has delivered encouraging news for farmers. The Special Commissioner of the Agriculture Department, Harikiran, announced that eligible farmers can submit details on the Rythu Bharosa-PM Kisan Scheme portal until the 15th of this month after applying gypsum powder. New landowners, who are eligible for Rythu Bharosa, should register their details on the portal. The Commissioner indicated that those with land rights such as SC, ST, BC, Minorities, Devadaya lands, under Aadhaar, CCRC, and land rights documents must submit them to the RBK portal.

Financial Support for Farmers:
Through the Rythu Bharosa program by the CM Jagan government, farmers will receive an amount of INR 13,500 from the state government. This sum will be distributed in three installments. In the first installment, farmers will receive INR 7,500; in the second, INR 4,000; and in the third, INR 2,000. This financial aid will be directly credited to the beneficiaries’ bank accounts. To facilitate the process, a button has been provided in the portal to transfer the funds to the respective accounts.

Additional support from the PM Kisan Scheme:
In addition to the INR 7,500 from the state government, farmers will also receive an additional INR 6,000 from the central government through the PM Kisan Scheme. This combined support aims to alleviate the financial burdens of farmers who possess agricultural land. The implementation of the Rythu Bharosa program is anticipated to commence in the first week of the upcoming month. The government is actively encouraging eligible farmers to avail themselves of the benefits provided under this scheme.
