Nani’s highly anticipated pan-India period action drama, “The Paradise,” which kicked off production this summer, is reportedly facing some unexpected production delays. The initial glimpse video, showcasing Nani as a rebel leader with an explosive soundtrack by Anirudh Ravichander, generated massive buzz and significantly ramped up expectations for the film.

However, the movie’s shoot has hit unforeseen snags due to various reasons, including substantial delays in constructing its massive sets. This unforeseen holdup has now fueled speculation about a potential postponement of the film’s release date. “The Paradise” was initially slated to hit cinemas worldwide on March 27, 2026.

According to current buzz, “The Paradise” might now be pushed to May 2026. This potential shift aims to avoid a direct clash with Ram Charan’s highly awaited project, “Peddi,” which is also eyeing a global release on the same March date. The delays are primarily attributed to logistical challenges in building the elaborate sets crucial for the film’s narrative, as well as Nani’s physical transformation and specialized training taking longer than anticipated.

“The Paradise” is being directed by Srikanth Odela, known for his acclaimed film “Dasara,” and is produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under his SLV Cinemas banner. Bollywood actor-choreographer Raghav Juyal is reportedly playing the main antagonist. Fans are eagerly awaiting official confirmation from the filmmakers regarding the new release date and further updates on this ambitious project.
