National Award-winning actor Dhanush is all set to make his Telugu debut in director Sekhar Kammula’s much-awaited social drama ‘Kuberaa’, slated for release on June 20, 2025. The recently released glimpse has already piqued curiosity, hinting at a powerful narrative and intense performances.
Sharing screen space with Tollywood star Nagarjuna, Dhanush expressed his excitement in a recent interview, calling it an “honour” to work with a legend. “Nagarjuna sir’s films are cherished and remembered by generations. It’s a proud moment for me to collaborate with him,” said Dhanush, adding that he has learned a lot just by observing Nagarjuna’s presence and professionalism.
The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Jim Sarbh in key roles, promising a pan-Indian appeal. Backed by Sri Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Amigos Creations, Kuberaa is poised to deliver a strong social message with music composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
