At the grand launch event for Thandel, Naga Chaitanya shared heartfelt thoughts about the movie, his mentor Allu Aravind, the city of Vizag, and his personal connection to the place through his wife, Sobhita Dhulipala.
Speaking about Allu Aravind, Chay expressed deep gratitude, saying, “Allu Aravind Garu is our Pushpa ka boss. He has been with us for the past one and a half years. I can’t imagine this movie without him. He has been so involved in the making, and his guidance has been invaluable. I am forever indebted to him.”
Chay also talked about Vizag, a city that holds special significance for him, both personally and professionally. “Whenever my movies release, I always inquire about their talk in Vizag. I believe any movie that runs well in Vizag will be successful globally. Vizag is very close to me. It’s so special because I fell in love with and married a girl from Vizag. So, the ruling party in my home is from Vizag. I have a request for all of you: Thandel’s box office collections must shake Vizag,” he shared with a smile.
