MNS Protests Against Abir Gulaal Over Fawad Khan's Casting

Pakistani actor Fawad Khan’s Bollywood film Abhir Gulal is currently embroiled in serious controversy. Maharashtra Navnirman Sena and the Shiv Sena have expressed their toughness for the release of the film, starring Vani Kapoor. MNS leader Amay Khopkar has announced that the film will be prevented from being released in Maharashtra. He said that his party has always opposed the acting of Pakistani actors in Indian films and will no longer oppose it.

Fawad Khan has previously starred in the film A Dil Hai Mushkil directed by Karan Johar. Even then, the film was protested by Pakistani actors. The unofficial ban was then imposed for Pakistani actors in India. However, with the recent release of some Pakistani films in India, the controversy has come to light with the restoration of Pakistani actors’ casting in films like Abhir Gulal.

The MNS is making all efforts to prevent the film from being released in Maharashtra. Information has already been issued to the owners of various theaters. The romantic film starring Fawad Khan was shot in London and India. The film is slated for release on May 9, but there is uncertainty over the controversy.

Otherwise, there have been many discussions in the past on the entry of Pakistani actors in Bollywood. While some people are looking at working together in the film industry, others are of the opinion that Pakistan should continue deportation. Abhir Gulal is going to heat the new center of the controversy.
