Janasena: Another blow to Jagan... A key leader in Janasena... 10 more people too?

Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan has dealt a significant blow to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s YSR Congress Party (YCP) in Andhra Pradesh. Demonstrating his strategic prowess, Pawan Kalyan continues to attract influential leaders from the opposition into the Janasena fold, further strengthening his party’s position ahead of the elections.

In a major development, Jaya Mangala Venkataramana, a prominent leader from Kaikaluru Constituency who recently resigned from YCP and his MLC position, officially joined Janasena. The induction took place at the Janasena office in Mangalagiri, with Pawan Kalyan personally welcoming Venkataramana by draping the party scarf. Alongside him, Ganji Chiranjeevi, a former chairman of Aapuko, and his wife Radha also pledged allegiance to Janasena, marking a key moment in the party’s expansion.

This latest move by Pawan Kalyan has left the YCP rattled, as reports suggest that at least ten more leaders from YCP are planning to shift to Janasena in the coming weeks. The defections highlight growing dissatisfaction within YCP ranks, presenting Janasena as an emerging alternative.

As these political maneuvers gain momentum, Pawan Kalyan’s vision of strengthening Janasena with seasoned leaders and grassroots workers appears to be paying off, setting the stage for a fiercely contested political battle in Andhra Pradesh.
