The highly anticipated historical epic Hari Hara Veera Mallu, starring Pawan Kalyan, is all set for a grand worldwide release on June 12, 2025. As the team enters the final stages of post-production, promotions are in full swing. Earlier today, the film’s fourth single, “Taara Taara,” was unveiled at a special event in Chennai, drawing attention from fans and media alike.
Speaking at the event, director Jyothi Krishna offered rare insight into the inspiration behind the film’s narrative. “The story is set in the 16th century during the Mughal era,” he said, revealing that the film’s core idea was deeply rooted in Indian heritage and cultural preservation.
He explained, “While researching, I came across stories of people who were furious with Aurangzeb for destroying ancient statues in the Ajanta Caves. That emotion—the pain of losing our history—sparked the character of Veera Mallu, a man who stands against tyranny to protect our legacy.”
The film stars Nidhhi Agerwal, Bobby Deol, Nora Fatehi, and Nargis Fakhri, with music composed by MM Keeravani. The makers have titled the film’s first installment as Hari Hara Veera Mallu Part 1: Sword vs Spirit, promising a powerful blend of action, emotion, and historical drama.
With a rich backdrop and a message centered on heritage preservation, HHVM is shaping up to be more than just a period film—it’s a cultural tribute wrapped in cinematic spectacle.
