Dhan Raj Set to Make Directorial Debut
Venu, known for his comedic roles in numerous films, hasn’t left a particularly lasting impression with his characters. However, he’s better recognized as ‘Jabardast’ Venu, thanks to his stint on the popular comedy show. Recently, he took on a new role as a director with the movie ‘Balagam,’ which didn’t just make waves but also brought substantial profits to the film’s producers.
Now, another comedian is following in Venu’s footsteps, and his name is Dhan Raj. Dhan Raj has appeared in several films, but his real recognition came from his appearances on ‘Jabardast.’ In recent times, he’s been contemplating a shift from acting to directing.

It’s been rumored that Dhan Raj is preparing to make his directorial debut. He has already crafted a story and shared it with actor Samuthirakani during the shooting of ‘Vimanam.’ Reportedly, Samuthirakani was immediately drawn to the story and agreed to be a part of it. The film is said to revolve entirely around Samuthirakani’s character.
The shooting for this film is expected to commence officially on the occasion of Dussehra. Furthermore, it’s worth noting that the movie is slated for release in both Telugu and Tamil languages. Dhan Raj’s foray into directing promises to be an interesting development in his career, and audiences are eagerly awaiting this new venture.
