- If the account is not in a minor’s name, enter the branch code where you wish to open your PPF account.
- Verify your account details, address, and nominee information. Then, click ‘proceed.’
- After submission, a confirmation message will appear, indicating the successful submission of your form and providing a reference number.
- Download the account opening form using the reference number.
- Print the form from the ‘Print PPF Online Application’ tab and submit it along with the necessary KYC documents and a photograph at the selected branch within 30 days from the date of account creation.
