  5. If you intend to open the account in a minor’s name, you must select the corresponding option.
  6. If the account is not in a minor’s name, enter the branch code where you wish to open your PPF account.
  7. Verify your account details, address, and nominee information. Then, click ‘proceed.’
  8. After submission, a confirmation message will appear, indicating the successful submission of your form and providing a reference number.
  9. Download the account opening form using the reference number.
  10. Print the form from the ‘Print PPF Online Application’ tab and submit it along with the necessary KYC documents and a photograph at the selected branch within 30 days from the date of account creation.
