The much-anticipated pre-release event of the movie Daku Maharaj, featuring Balakrishna and directed by Bobby, was initially scheduled to take place in Anantapur. However, following the tragic stampede incident in Tirupati, which claimed six lives during the Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan token distribution, the event was canceled out of respect for the victims.
The movie, set to release on January 12th, has generated a lot of excitement, thanks to the star power of Balakrishna and the direction of Bobby. Music for the film is composed by the renowned Taman, and the film is produced by Nagavanshi under the Sitara Entertainments banner, with a substantial budget.
