BRS got another shock. Another MLA said goodbye to that party. Serilingampally MLA Arikepudi Gandhi joined Congress. Arikepudi Gandhi paid homage to the Congress in the presence of CM Revanth Reddy. Along with him, many BRS ranks and activists joined the Congress. In this order, the number of BRS MLAs who have joined the Congress has reached 9.
Rajendranagar MLA Prakash Goud, Gadwala MLA Bandla Krishnamohan Reddy, Bansuvada MLA Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, Chevella MLA Kale Yadayah, Khairatabad MLA Dan Nagender, Bhadrachalam MLA Tellam Venkatarao, Station Ghanpur MLA Kadiam Srihari and Jagityala MLA Sanjay Kumar have already joined the Congress. Along with Arikepudi Gandhi, many corporators joined the Congress. Serilingampally Corporator Nagender Yadav, Miyapur Corporator Uppalapathi Srikanth, Chandanagar Corporator Manjula Raghunath Reddy, Hydernagar Corporator Narne Srinivas… joined the party in the presence of CM Revanth Reddy.
Since the loss of power in Telangana, BRS has been facing successive shocks. MLCs and MLAs are leaving the party. No matter how much the party leadership tried to appease, the leaders were not listening. The party keeps changing. Concern is increasing in the ranks of BRS as public representatives are leaving the party which has been in power for ten years on a large scale.
