Prisco, Texas: November: 22 The North American Telugu Association Nats, which is doing many programs for the Telugu nation in America, recently organized a children’s celebration in Dallas. Every year the Knotts Dallas chapter organizes children’s celebrations on the occasion of former Indian Prime Minister Nehru’s birth anniversary. This celebration, which has been held as a tradition for the past fourteen years, was held at Vandematter Middle School in Prisco this time. As part of the children’s celebrations, more than 250 students participated in the competitions in chess, mathematics, music, dance, Telugu vocabulary and Telugu speech. The children who applied in these competitions were divided into different age groups and these competitions were conducted. Apart from Telugu students, other expatriate Indian students enthusiastically participated in these competitions organized by Nats in the most prestigious manner.
In addition to traditional music and dance, the boys and girls showcased their talent in the competitions held in the categories of film music and dance. He dazzled the guests by speaking fluent Telugu in Telugu Vocabulary and Telugu Speech Competitions. More than 90 children participated in these competitions and became winners in various categories. Dallas coordinators Swapna Katragadda and Shravan Nidiganti played a vital role in making this children’s festival a success. The Nats Dallas team made the children’s celebration a success with a well-planned plan almost three months in advance.
Swapna Katragadda and Shravan Nidiganti said that the invaluable suggestions and guidance given by former Nats President Bapu Nuthi, Nats Board Director Rajendra Madala, Deputy Treasurer Ravi Tandra, South Central Zonal Vice President Satya Sriramaneni, Media Relations National Coordinator Kishore Narelu contributed to the success of the children’s celebrations.
Dallas Chapter Advisory Board Members Surendra Dhulipalla, Kavitha Dodda, DV Prasad, Ravindra Chunduru, Dallas Chapter Team Members Saujanya Ravella, Kavya Kasireddy, Pavani Nunna, Srinivas Uravakonda, Kiran Nare, Uday, Nagarjuna, Badri Biyapu, Mohan Gokarakonda, from Youth Team Nikhita, Sahasra, Pranavi, Veda Sricharan, Advait, Dhruv, Pavani, Amitesh, Ishwar, Chandrank etc participated in Nats Bal Samara and encouraged the students.
