An open letter posted by Nayanthar is currently causing a stir in the Tamil film industry. Nayanthara posted this letter on her social media accounts making many accusations against star hero Dhanush. It is known that recently popular OTT platform Netflix has released a documentary on Nayanthara’s life. In this, the audience was shown how Nayanthara grew into a star heroine.
However, in this documentary, there are also scenes related to the movies in which she acted, like making scenes. Nayantara stated in her letter that this is where the real problem arises. Dhanush produced the movie ‘Nanum Rowdy Dhan’ (Nenoo Rowdy Ne in Telugu) and Vignesh Sivan directed it. Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara acted in lead roles in this movie. Nayanthara and Dhanush had conflict of interest regarding this film. However, now a making scene of this movie has been seen in Nayanthara’s documentary.
As Dhanush had previously given a condition that there should not be any scenes related to his film in this documentary, the makers were careful not to have any such scenes. Dhanush also made them wait for some time for this. Finally they got NOC from Dhanush and released their documentary. But, now that the 3-second making scene of it has surfaced, Dhanush is demanding Rs 10 crore as compensation from the makers of this documentary.
