The director, Dr. Suri, fails to take the story to another level. Vedant’s love story with Rukmini Vasantha is not impressive. Even though the action scenes were well shot, they failed to make an impact on the audience due to the lack of emotion in them. The high voltage chemistry between Vedanth and Rana is missing. The audience was disappointed by the fact that there was no novelty in this movie in a way that matched the mass action scenes seen in movies like KGF and Salaar.
All in all, “Bagheera” remains an ordinary action movie. Even though Prashant Neel has written the story, the level of his old movies is the sameNo Couldn’t reach.
