Ratan Tata Left Architecture for Business Success
Ratan Tata has been passionate about architecture since childhood. Although he enrolled in engineering as per his father’s wish, he left the course midway and studied architecture at Cornell University in New York. After graduation, worked as an architect in Los Angeles for a while. But unexpectedly had to take up business responsibilities.

Ratan Tata had to give up his beloved career as an architect to support his father’s ambition. Ratan Tata had mentioned on an occasion in the past that despite achieving miracles in the field of business, he had to leave his favorite field. “There is no problem in being an architect, but not continuing in that profession is always painful,” he said.
