Review: Uruku Patela – Boring thriller with silly play!

Tejas Kancharla’s film is ‘Uruku Patela’. This movie is directed by Vivek Reddy and produced by Kancharla Bala Bhanu. Praveen Lakkaraju has composed the music for this movie with cinematography by Sunny Kurapathi. But today this film has come before the audience. Story:

The story unfolds in the background of a village in Telangana. An uneducated Patela (Tejas Kancharla) roams the village as a beaver. In this order, he hopes to marry a well-educated girl. Akshara, who is so educated, why does she want to marry Patela?, Why is the situation of ‘Uruku Patela’ coming to Patela?, What is the role of Patela’s father, Uri Sarpanch (Goparaju Ramana) in the middle of this?

Plus Points:

The only plus point of this Uruku Patela movie is the hero Tejas Kancharla. With his acting, with his body language and in the action sequences, Tejas has done very well. Also, Tejas’ performance in some critical scenes is a special attraction of the movie. Heroine Khushboo Chaudhary entertains with her performance. The performance of Goparaju Ramana who played another important role in the movie is very good. Sudarshan, Lavanya Reddy, along with the rest of the actors also acted well in the scope of their roles.

Minus Points:

Although there is matter in the main point of this Uruku Patela movie, the director has completely failed in writing the screenplay according to that point. In fact, when a concept like this is taken, the movie should be full of fun and exciting throughout the movie. But, this film did not go like that at any stage. Along with this, most of the scenes go very poorly.

Moreover, logic is nowhere to be found in those scenes. Also, the love track between the hero heroines also lacks the right strength. In fact, interesting content can be maintained in the ongoing drama according to the story. But.. the movie is not effective in this regard either. Also, some emotional scenes also feel fake.

However, director Vivek Reddy made a good effort to make the second half interesting with thrilling elements, but it did not really work out on the screen. Moreover, silly tracks are also minus in the movie. The design of the main characters is also not very good. Overall this movie is very disappointing.

Technical Department:

Technically, the work of the technical department in the film is also not good. Otherwise, Praveen Lakkaraju’s music is a plus for the movie. The cinematography is not good. But in some key scenes, the cameraman’s work is okay. The editor’s work is in line with the film. The production values ​​followed by the producer K Bala Bhanu in the movie are average. Director Vivek Reddy has not written a thrilling story.

This movie which came out as ‘Uruku Patela’ was very disappointing. Along with the uninteresting treatment, weak main characterizations, lack of matter in the story, fake emotions in the movie, logic-less drama also hurt the outcome of the movie. Overall this film is not impressive in any sense.
