It is known that Tollywood’s talented hero Allari Naresh has changed his track and is now doing many serious roles. So his latest film is “Bachchala Malli”. Let’s see in the review how this movie received a good buzz with its promotional content.
Story:
If we come to the story.. this movie will be seen with a setup that runs from 1995 to 2005. In Tuni, Suravaram area, there is a certain rude and completely stupid Bacchala Malli (Allari Naresh). But why did he change like this in his life? What happened to his love story with Kaveri (Amrita Iyer) whom he loved so much in his life? What did he lose because of such stupidity? In order to know the end of his story, you have to watch this movie.
Plus Points:
It must be said that Allari Naresh, who changed his track recently, has once again chosen a solid role. It can be said that in this movie, he has become the character of Bacchala Malli. He showed the emotion of rudeness especially stupidity in his character perfectly. Many scenes of his stupidity are impressive in the movie.
Also heroine Amrita Iyer did well in her role. And the love track between the two is also good. It must be said that the point of love versus stupidity seen between the two in one point is pleasing in the movie. The chemistry between the two is good in the movie.
All the main characters in this movie have played good roles. Every young and old actor gets a good scope in this movie. Actress Rohini once again impressed with her emotional performance. Also Kota Jayaram and actor Achyut especially Rao Ramesh gave solid performances. In the second half of the movie, some twists and climax emotional scenes are good.
Minus Points:
The way Allari Naresh’s character is portrayed in this movie is good, but I think it would have been better if there was a little more clarity in it. Also this story doesn’t seem too new either. Many scenes seem regular. And many scenes seem predictable.
In addition to this, why his foolishness went to the flag level for the role of the hero seems to be a bit over the top at one time. Also, the climax episode is definitely not for everyone. A tragic ending shown on Allari Naresh feels a bit forced and pointless. It would have been better if it had been done a little differently and given a proper ending to his character.
Technical category:
The production values in this movie are fine, but due to the VFX week in many scenes, the village nativity in the background seems to lack naturalness. Some songs given by Vishal Chandrasekhar have good background music. Cinematography by Richard M Nathan is good. The old visuals have been shown well in accordance with the background of the film. No more editing work.
When it comes to director Subbu Mangadevi.. the core point of his story is good. Allari Naresh presented the role solidly. They showed how easy a fool can be. Also what he loses due to his stupidity.. His emotion, decent love story is handled well. But the film needs to be handled with a little more depth. Also, it would have been better if the climax had been designed in a different way.
Verdict:
If seen as a whole, it can be said that this “Bachchala Malli” is a story of an emotional fool who appears as a mass. Naresh gave a solid performance in his role. He does full justice to his role and the emotions surrounding his character in the film impress. Otherwise, he should have shown a little more depth in his role and the climax should not have given such an ending.
