Balagam Mogilaiah: ‘బలగం’ మొగిలయ్య కన్నుమూత!

Balagam movie fame, folk artist Mogiliah (67) passed away. Jamuna breathed her last in the wee hours of Thursday while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Warangal. Mogiliah, who made the audience cry with his voice in Balagam, is known to have been suffering from kidney failure for the past few months. Mogiliah’s hometown is Duggondi in Narsampeta Constituency of Warangal District. Balagam film director Venu Yeldandi and actors expressed their condolences on Mogiliah’s death.

Mogilaya’s medical expenses Balagam film director Venu Yeldandi, along with the film unit, the government also provided financial assistance. Megastar Chiranjeevi also provided financial support. Mogilaiah fell ill as both kidneys were not functioning properly. The family members said that while he was undergoing dialysis twice a week, he also developed heart related problems. Recently, Mogilaya fell seriously ill and was rushed to the hospital by his family members. During this process, his health condition worsened and he died in the early hours of Thursday morning.
