Bhavesh Bhimanathani: Unlocking Moksha’s Path

Moksha: Unlocking the Path to Inner Freedom, as explained by spiritual teacher Bhavesh Bhimanathani, is the ultimate purpose of human existence. In a recent Instagram video, he emphasizes that Moksha is not a distant goal but a lifelong journey of inner transformation, achieved through awareness and discipline rather than outward rituals.

Bhimanathani describes Moksha as the merging of the individual soul (Jivatma) with the Supreme Consciousness (Parmatma). This state frees a person from worldly attachments, offering a deep peace that is unaffected by external circumstances. The journey toward Moksha begins with controlling the Indriyas, or senses, to prevent the mind from being pulled in different directions by daily desires and habits.

Ancient symbols provide a roadmap for this path. Bhimanathani explains that the Shiva Linga represents the Supreme God, while Nandi signifies the individual soul. Through constant meditation, the focused soul (Nandi) merges with the divine (Linga), achieving the state of Nandeeshwara. This teaches us to remain steady and undistracted in our spiritual practice.

Ultimately, attaining Moksha is about living with greater balance and freedom from unnecessary attachments. By making small daily choices—like quiet meditation and self-reflection—you can reduce mental distractions. The journey begins within, and every mindful step brings you closer to the fulfillment that spiritual traditions describe as Moksha.
