Allu Arjun: Allu Arjun bailed immediately after going to Chanchalguda Jail

Stating that Allu Arjun also has the right to life, the High Court questioned whether Allu Arjun should be accused of crimes under various sections due to being an actor. We sympathize with the deceased’s family, the High Court has concluded that the crime cannot be blamed on one person. Referring to the previous case of Arnab Goswami vs Government of Maharashtra, the judge seems to have referred to the Supreme Court judgment in that case. It also instructed Allu Arjun to approach the lower court for regular bail. It also suggested to cooperate in the investigation of this case. The High Court directed the witnesses not to interfere in the trial and not to influence them. But generally, if bail is granted in the higher court, the bail paper has to be submitted in the lower court. After that, he will get bail in jail, but since this is a special case, the High Court granted bail in a quash petition, so it seems that the High Court has directly issued instructions to the Superintendent.
