Honda ZR-V: Flagship SUV Launched in India at Rs 47.99 Lakh. Honda Cars India has introduced the Honda ZR-V e:HEV in the Indian market, priced at an introductory Rs 47.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). This CBU import from Japan is the brand’s flagship SUV, with deliveries starting immediately.
The Honda ZR-V is powered by a 2.0-liter Atkinson-cycle petrol engine paired with a dual-motor e:HEV hybrid system, delivering 184 PS and 315 Nm torque. It achieves a fuel efficiency of 22.8 km/l and accelerates from 0-100 km/hr in 7.9 seconds. The e-CVT transmission automatically switches between EV, Hybrid, and Engine Drive modes.
Inside, the Honda ZR-V features a 9-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 10.2-inch digital cluster, a 12-speaker Bose audio system, and wireless charging. Comfort includes an 8-way power driver seat, 4-way power front passenger seat, paddle shifters, and a powered tailgate. Safety is ensured by eight airbags, a 360-degree camera, hill descent control, and the Honda SENSING ADAS suite with adaptive cruise control and collision mitigation.
The Honda ZR-V is offered in four colors and comes with a three-year unlimited-kilometer warranty. Already, the first two allocation batches are fully booked. This premium SUV expands Honda’s hybrid lineup, targeting buyers seeking a feature-rich midsize SUV with strong hybrid technology.
