Telangana Land: The Telangana High Court has issued key orders on the Gachibowli land dispute. While the lawyers challenged the government’s decision on behalf of the Central University (HCU), the Hyderabad Central University (HCU), the High Court ordered that no work be done till Thursday.

High Court Stalls Telangana Land Sale

The cause of these land dispute is that the government has handed over 400 acres to TGIC last year by Jivo 54. On behalf of the HCU, the lawyer argued that the trees should be cut down and the ex -committee of an expert committee to be cut down. However, on behalf of the Telangana government, the Advocate General (AG) argued that the land was handed over to the IMG Academy in 2004, but that they were not utilized.

While the government argues that there is no forest land in these lands, the petitioners have demanded that the area be declared a national park, claiming the area as a habitat for wildlife. The court has postponed the hearing to Thursday and made it clear that the work should be stopped till then.
