Baby Hindu Remake: Major Shoot Wrapped, Lead Not Govinda’s Son

Baby Hindi Remake: Major Shoot Wrapped, Lead Not Govinda’s Son. Producer Sai Razesh revealed that the Hindi remake of the hit Telugu film Baby has completed most of its filming, with only a pub scene and a few songs left to shoot. The announcement came while he was promoting his new production Chennai Love Story. Contrary to earlier rumors, Govinda’s son will not play the lead role. Sai Razesh stated, “Except for the pub scene and a few songs, the shoot is complete. Govinda garu’s son isn’t playing the lead role. I will announce the cast details soon.”

The Telugu original Baby, starring Anand Deverakonda and Vaishnavi Chaitanya, was a major success both in terms of content and box office performance. Excited by this, Sai Razesh decided to bring the story to a Hindi-speaking audience. Initially, Babil Khan, son of the late Irrfan Khan, was signed for one of the lead roles. However, the Baby Hindi Remake faced a setback when Babil Khan walked out of the project. For a while, there were no updates on who would replace him.

Sai Razesh confirmed that shooting is almost complete for the Baby Hindi Remake. The remaining portions will be wrapped up in the next 10 days. He also clarified that although Babil Khan is no longer part of the project, they share a good relationship. “We still share a good relationship, and I am ready to work with him,” said Sai Razesh about the actor. The producer did not disclose the new lead actor but promised an announcement soon.

This development clears up confusion about the Baby Hindi Remake’s cast. With filming nearly done, the project is moving forward steadily. The film’s success in Telugu created high expectations, and the Hindi version is expected to attract a similar response. Sai Razesh’s transparency about the casting change and early wrap-up shows confidence in the project. Fans can look forward to an official cast reveal and a release date in the coming weeks.
