If the company fails to replace the vehicle within this period, it must refund the full cost, including registration and insurance, totaling Rs. 20.50 lakhs. Additionally, Maruti Suzuki must pay Rs. 1 lakh as compensation for mental harassment and Rs. 10,000 towards litigation expenses. The order warns that non-compliance may lead to additional interest on the compensation amount.
