Mohan Babu : Mohan Babu challenged the notice issued by the police

MohanBabu: It is known that there is a lot of tension at Mohan Babu’s house in Jalpally. There was a clash between Manchu Vishnu and Manoj bouncers. Manoj’s followers tried to go inside the house. With this, Vishnu’s bouncers and followers prevented Manoj’s followers from entering the house. In this context, there was a warlike atmosphere at Mohan Babu’s house. Both factions punched each other. The bouncers there also attacked the media representatives. The police department has become serious about this incident. The Telangana Police Department has issued orders to bind over the bouncers around Mohan Babu. Along with the bouncers, Mohan Babu and Vishnu were given orders to deposit the guns. It is known that the police department has instructed Mohan Babu to personally attend the investigation at 10:30 am.

Yesterday (Tuesday) evening Manchu Manoj and his wife went out of Mohan Babu’s residence along with the police officers. Later, he met the Additional DGP at the DGP office. After going back to that residence, the security staff gave trouble for a while by not opening the gates. After staying in the car outside the gate for a long time, the Manoj couple did not open the gate, so they got out of the car and started an argument with the security personnel. Manchu Manoj broke the gates with his bouncers and tried to enter when Maunika expressed concern that their 7-month-old baby was inside. But the police who had already reached there tried to send out the bouncers from both sides. The police are trying to take complete possession of Mohan Babu’s residence. While this was happening, the bouncers attacked the media representatives in the presence of Mohan Babu. Bouncers organized by Mohan Babu attacked media representatives with sticks.

Due to this, there was a very tense situation at their respective residences. The state police department, which has recently responded to this incident, has become serious. A case has been registered against Mohan Babu in the attack on the media. He said that a case has been registered against Mohan Babu under Section 118 BNS. Responding to this, Mohan Babu filed a lunch motion petition in the High Court. He challenged the notice issued to him by the police. Mohan Babu asked to give instructions to set up a police picket at his house. In the petition, he stated that the security requested by him was not provided and he should be provided security immediately. Senior advocates Nagesh Reddy and Murali Manohar filed the petition on behalf of Mohan Babu.
