Story:
Madan (Pawan Sidhu) from Warangal and Shashi (Sonia Singh) from Hyderabad love each other. Madan who wants to earn money easily gets used to poker and betting. Madan, who lost a lot of money in betting one day, decides to stay at Shashi’s house for a few days to avoid his debts. At this time, Shashi’s parents go to a relative’s house for the wedding. Madan thinks that Shashi will be safe if he stays in their house. But unexpected events happen to them. You have to watch this web series to know what they are.

Plus Points:
Pawan Sidhu and Sonia Singh’s chemistry in Shashi Mathanam is superb. These two are impressing the YouTube audience with their performances. Now in this web series they will impress the audience once again with their chemistry. Funny scenes between them make the audience laugh.

Comedy scenes are very well worked out. Impresses the audience with confusion comedy. Although the story is nothing new, the dialogues and drama in it are liked by the audience. Pradeep Raparthi, who plays Sonia Singh’s father, entertains the audience with his unique dialogue delivery.

Shashi Mathanam would have been a good entertainer if this story had been made more interesting. Comedy and emotions in this romantic comedy story could not be executed properly. Some emotional scenes failed to show impact. The ending of this story is also very dull.

And when it comes to comedy, although it makes the audience laugh at some places, it feels too much at other places. If the writing team had put more interest, the comedy scenes would have worked out better.

Music by Sinjith Yerramilli is good. The songs are well composed and the BGM is also impressive. Cinematography by Rehan Sheikh is also good. Despite being shot on a low budget, the production values ​​in this web series are very good. The editing work is fine.

The makers have tried to keep this web series simple. But that was a major drawback. This romantic comedy web series did not impress as expected as the emotions were not matured properly. Although director Vinod Gali tries to put in some good moments, they fail to fully entertain.

Overall, although Shashi Mathanam has some impressive scenes, they fail to impress as a whole. Pawan Sidhu and Sonia Singh’s chemistry has worked out well. Some of the comedy scenes failed to make people laugh. Due to lack of strong emotional scenes, this web series cannot entertain as expected.
