The movie “Drinker Sai” attracted the attention of the audience with its teaser and trailer. Kiran Tirumalashetty made his directorial debut with this film starring Dharma and Aishwarya Sharma as heroines. Made on a small budget, this movie created a good hype right from the teaser. In this review, we will see in detail how the new actors were introduced through the film and how they responded to the film.
Story: The rich orphan Sai (Dharma). In the absence of parents, they spend their lives in jalsa. Sai, who is a regular drinker and smoker, meets a naturopathic Dr. Bhagi (Aishwarya Sharma). Sai falls in love with her at first sight. But it is interesting how Sai accepts love with Bhagi who hates habits like drugs and cigarettes. Sai’s efforts to win Bhagi’s love? Accept Bhagi Sai? This is the true story of how this love turned Sai’s life around.
Actors: Hero Dharma Kakani did a great job in his second film. He showed perfection in his dances, fights and emotional scenes and showed maturity befitting the role. His gestures are perfectly suited to the role of a drunken young man. He played the emotional scenes in the climax effectively. And the heroine Aishwarya Sharma looks cute and impresses in the emotional scenes. Srikanth Iyengar and Posani Krishnamurali in the guest role are impressive in their roles. Other actors like Sameer, Kirak Seetha, Ritu Chaudhary did justice to their roles. SS Kanchi made the audience laugh for a while with his character while Fun Bucket Rajesh and Bhadram did their part in spreading comedy.
Technicians: The story written by Kiran Tirumalashetty is very good. Technically the film is strong and entertains the audience with a good story and narration. Sri Vasanth’s music is the main strength of the movie “Drinker Sai”. The songs are catchy with a folk touch. The background music also elevates some of the emotional scenes. Cinematography by Prashanth Ankireddy is decent. Editing by Marthand K. Venkatesh is good. Producers Basavaraju Srinivas, Ismail Sheikh, Basavaraju Laharidhar production values are good.

Verdict: “Drinker Sai” is an interesting concept. How excessive habits can destroy life is well shown. It is a good attempt to make youth think about addictions like drugs and cigarettes.Drinker Sai seems to touch more hearts as the message is strong for the youth.
