Stri-2 is a comedy horror movie directed by Amar Kaushik starring Bollywood star heroine Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao in lead roles. This film is a sequel to Stri which was released in 2018. The movie which was released in theaters worldwide on 15th August is going to be a huge hit at the box office. The film collected Rs 22.10 crore nett on Sunday. With this, the third weekend earned Rs 48.75 crore. But the film broke the third weekend record of Baahubali 2 (42.55 crores).
The film has collected Rs 502 crore at the Hindi box office so far. It became the film that collected 500 crore rupees in 18 days. But so far only Jaawan, Gadar 2, Pathan, Baahubali 2 and Animal are in the Rs 500 crore club at the Hindi box office. Fans are expressing their happiness that this film has entered the Rs 500 crore club. Moreover, it is taking steps towards breaking the record of Hindi all-time blockbuster movie Jaawan.
